Money comes and goes...

WeSwap was a small startup based in Camden who had a great idea but fell short of creating an intuitive experience for their IOS and Android app. I was involved in helping them build a product that was lacking in consistency as well as usability. I worked closely with the product owner to establish where the app was experiencing usability issues and how we could refactor the new designs so that the experience is much more pleasant.

We worked on the user journey's as we designed as we were really tight on time and WeSwap did not have the capacity and funds to be able to spend a large amount of time on UX. We had to get out an MVP so that we could get early feedback and be able to ship a product that would work. Even though we only had 2 months to get the product out we managed to get positive feedback on the app. I enjoyed working with WeSwap as it was a startup everything just seemed really tightly knit. I worked with the developers on a daily basis making sure that the designs matched what they had developed.

Jas worked hard in order to get designs done on time and to high standards. What we really liked about Jas was how easy he was to work with. It's not easy working in a startup but Jas came on board with the right intentions and produced a great app as well as working on the website.
